Short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and only processes what you send us through the contact form.

Who is responsible

MWM studio, the operator of this website (see Legal notice). You can reach us through the contact form. This notice follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

Hosting

The site is delivered by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; certified under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, time of access and the page requested. These server logs serve security and stability and are kept only for a short time. Details are in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Contact form

If you write to us, we process your name, email address and message so we can reply. To protect against spam, a verification by Cloudflare (Turnstile) may be used; it may process technical data about your browser for that purpose. Messages are delivered to our mailbox through Cloudflare’s email service (see Hosting) and are kept there as long as the conversation requires, for no more than two years. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request or, where relevant, the steps leading to a contract.

Stored preferences

Your choice of light or dark mode is stored in your browser’s local storage. Nothing is sent to us.

No tracking

We use no cookies, no analytics, no social media plugins and no advertising networks. Fonts are served from our own domain.

Your rights

You may request information about your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. Use the contact form or write to the address in the legal notice.
